FAQ

I do not want DRM to have access to my account information.

DRM does not store any of your banking information on our servers. Your ACH number goes directly to our payment provider who adheres to the PCI Security Standards for the protection of you and your financial information.

I do not want DRM to initiate taking funds from my account.

DRM has created the hauler portal to allow haulers to expedite & control when funds are taken out of their account & how much is taken out. The hauler portal allows you to select specific pulls you wish to pay.

How much extra will it cost me to pay via ACH on your portal?

Nothing. DRM will take that cost on for you.

I feel much safer sending a check so no one will have access to my banking information.

In reality you are exposing yourself to the same type of fraud you are trying to prevent. Here is the reason; anyone who sees the front of your check now has your bank account #, routing #, your name or company’s name and address, and the name and address of your banking institution. By submitting a payment through the online portal you are eliminating that exposure.

How much safer is using ACH than sending my check to you in the mail?

Companies have embraced ACH based on the fact that printed checks continue to be compromised with fraudulent deductions. Based on public information 60% of organizations were exposed to fraud with checks accounting for 82% of those instances.
